I originally posted this job just to repair my conservatory roof and re-route some guttering. However, it was immediately apparent from talking to John that he was someone who was particularly versatile and adept at a number of trades. I therefore employed john to renovate my downstairs bathroom in addition to the original job. The job itself was carried out efficiently, and within a reasonable time frame. John was very personable and took the time to talk through the work in a way that was reassuring and inspired confidence. The finished job was completed to a good standard and represented a significant improvement overall. As a somewhat regular user of mybuilder, I am a homeowner of a lovely, but ultimately very flawed old property which I’m gradually improving. John was able to impart a great deal of invaluable advice on other areas of the property which I’m looking to renovate and even stayed to discuss various issues for sometime after the job was completed. This is something for which I was very grateful. Overall, I’d definitely recommend employing John again.

Mr Timmins worked on transforming a dilapidated garage into a Grandad Annex for my father and his partner . The work was of an incredibly high standard in my opinion. Mr Timmins arrived early and left late. I wish I could send photos of the before and after it was amazing to see. I am in the process of contacting Mr Timmins again as I have some more building work for him and I do recommend him on a regular basis .

Having installed windows satisfactorily for us we asked Andy to install a new replacement roof as the old one was beyond reasonable repair. They carried out a full survey and designed a replacement with new modern materials. They arrived on the day to carry out the work.
