Melinda & her team came and did a fantastic job. The job wasnt easy. Mold was cleared away from both the bathroom and the kitchen. Including using a ladder for the ceilings. The tenants were very happy, Somehow from the first contact I felt that Melinda was a person I could trust...the other cleaning services that I contacted mainly tried to talk up the price with lots of hype.
