He had no problems working with a very difficult structural engineer and always stayed professional. He made sure to always keep me informed about a very single detail even though this was never required of him and kept me updated and always advised on the best possible options whenever we uncovered a surprise (i.e. Hidden gas pipes, missing joists, rotten joists, thin external walls) during the removal of both chimneys in my house.
