Captain Boiler were hired to replace/upgrade several upstairs radiators. The team (Huseyin and Emrah) arrived promptly on the agreed date and completed the job quickly and efficiently with a minimum of mess. All work was carried out to a high standard. Once the new radiators were installed the team thoroughly tested our central system. Huseyin and Emrah are friendly polite professionals who clearly communicated all aspect of the job during their visit and were happy to answer questions.

Brian did brilliant work for us. He replaced 3 rads in difficult locations (plasterboard on concrete brick wall), installed the Nest thermostat plus he made good all walls after concealing the pipe work. Brian is a top professional and delivers as promised. He can responsibly manage all different trades needed for a job and gets is done at the minimum time possible. He was also extremely polite from start to end.

Very disappointing experience. I was initially given a price estimate of £90, which any reasonable customer would assume to be a fixed callout price. After the work was completed, I was then informed this was supposedly an hourly rate, resulting in a £210 charge to stop a simple radiator leak. Although I was unhappy with the pricing, I accepted it due to the emergency nature of the job and the fact it was a Saturday callout. The most concerning part, however, was what followed. Because payment was not made within the hour, the operatives returned to my customer’s property and their manner and approach left the customer feeling intimidated and uncomfortable. In my opinion, there was a serious lack of clarity, professionalism, and customer care throughout. I would strongly advise others to ensure all pricing and payment terms are confirmed clearly in writing before using this company.

AM Heating was first to respond to my advert, attended at the time they gave me and within a short time removed my 2 troublesome wireless thermostats and installed new ones. The good aspect about this is that I can offer very reasonable and low prices compared to other people as I have few Outgoings compared to someone running a big business. But I’m still able to deliver high quality and reliable service. I am also super respectful when in people’s homes I always make sure everything is kept clean and tidy and nothing is left dirty or damaged in my customers home. Harry done an amazing job for me, changing my thermostatic and lock shield radiator valves. Harry turned up on time and very quickly as my leak was getting very bad and saved the day. Once he finished installing the new valves, he made sure all my radiators was vented and my heating system was pressurised correctly and everything on the heating system was working. I would highly recommend him!!!

The ask was replacing two old radiators with new ones. The job was completed to a very poor standards. One of the radiators pipe was leaking so the team had to come back to fix it. When an inspection was carried out by our building management, I was asked to redo the radiators due to the insecurely fitted and one thermostat was incorrectly positioned. Unfortunately, I had to pay someone else to redo the job put aside the time wasted and the tremendous inconvenience caused.
