Words cannot express how overjoyed I am at the quality work John and his team did in my garden. They installed fencing, gate, slabs (Raj Green Indian sandstone) and fake grass. John came a gave me a quote which we agreed on. His prices are very reasonable in comparison to the other quotes I got. He and his team are very friendly and easy to talk to. He was professional and worked extremely hard at getting the job completed to a high standard. He was clean and even did extra by putting wood over my neighbours fence. Every morning they arrived on time. All rubbish was cleared away and taken to the dump. When I needed an extra panel of fencing he drove to Kent to try and find the same one. He and his team stayed on the job until it was completed. He constantly checked that I was happy with what they were doing and explained things as they went along. He suggested that I look at the sandstone at the local builders yard, as he wanted me to be happy with the colour. Once everything was finished he cleared up and moved my large plant pots back into the garden and even put up a little plaque on my fence. I am so looking forward to using my garden!! I am hoping to use John again and my neighbours have commented on how beautiful my garden is and congrats on such an excellent job. I wish I could post a photo. Daniel and the guy working with him (i dont know his name unfortunately) were fantastic. Not only was the work carried out to a high standard but the kindness, friendliness and professionalism of these two made my 70 year old mother feel at ease. We are a female only household and felt very safe and comfortable with them working in our house. The communication was outstanding with fast responses via messaging/phone calls and were accommodating to my millions of questions! They were also very clean. They worked on our bathroom and ensured everything was vacuumed at the end of each day and our hallway and stairs covered to avoid our floor/carpet from getting dirty. They also went above and beyond by arranging a porta cabin for us whilst they worked on our toilet and even got extra men in to lift the porta cabin over our fence. They always came on time 8:30 am and left at 5:30 and came everyday until the work was completed. Do not hesitate to do any work with them.

We used Joseph to deck our garden (including digging out the previous lawn) and subsequently build a bench in to the wall and a fence on top of it. All were done to a fantastic standard by Joseph and his colleague Dan. Always arrived on time and completed work within the suggested time frame. Joseph's quote was similar to others we had, but we chose him because he seemingly had a great eye and offered some interesting stylistic advice- which we ended up following and are really happy with the results. highly recommended, thanks Joseph! tom

Initial pre-job information was promptly and fully supplied. Helpful answers were given to any questions I subsequently raised. As for the actual job, Luke and Easton were punctual, polite, hard-working and professional. They did a great job (the trellis they replaced is solid and well fixed; the concrete fence spurs are positioned perfectly). They left the garden tidy and clean. They dealt flexibly with a glitch to do with fixing the trellis. No hassle at all. I recommend them highly.
