Shaun is a great tradesman and person to have working in your home. He has just competed a full bathroom renovation and he’s done a spectacular job, it’s a really high quality finish and I love it. I have to say the reviews are spot on.. Shaun was happy to answer all of my (many) questions, and gave advice on how to achieve the finish I wanted in the most sensible way without compromising on style - the choice is of course always yours and he’ll always work to try and make what you want happen, but 9 times out of 10 I ended up following his suggestion on things. 10/10 would recommend!

As soon as I posted the job Roman contacted me and arranged a visit. Was very punctual, professional and tried to do the best job he could do. Roman helped us install an integrated washing machine, adjusting the kitchen units. He has also reasonably priced for a Sunday visit. I also appreciated entering into the house with shoe covers and being careful and clean.

Brian did brilliant work for us. He replaced 3 rads in difficult locations (plasterboard on concrete brick wall), installed the Nest thermostat plus he made good all walls after concealing the pipe work. Brian is a top professional and delivers as promised. He can responsibly manage all different trades needed for a job and gets is done at the minimum time possible. He was also extremely polite from start to end.

I wouldn't write a review normally but I feel others should be aware of this. I was wary due to reviews saying he was slow and didn't appear to know what he was talking about. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt so accepted the quote and paid the 40% deposit. A bathroom electric radiator fit, involving some chasing of wiring into the wall and a certificate on completion was estimated to take 1-2 days. After 3 separate visits (2.5 days), it was made clear to me that the equipment required to test the circuit (to give certification) needed calibration and would need sending away, there was no time frame given for the return. I had a radiator on the wall, wiring chased, but nothing connected. I followed up twice calls and a text (1st after 2 weeks, then 2 weeks after that) to get a clearer time for a return to finish the job. After the final text message I received nothing for 3 weeks, at this point I could only guess he had abandoned the job. I heard from Donald out of the blue 53 days after the job had started, that he could return to finish. By this time I had had an entire kitchen fitted and the electrician on site finished Donald's work. Completely unprofessional, AVOID.

Steve, did a fantastic job for us with a very quick turnaround. Arriving promptly and on time for the 3 visits required to complete the job. He identified the problem with the boiler quickly and quoted a very fair price for the repair. Once he started working on the job, we where very happy with the work to fix the fault. I would highly recommend Steve for any plumbing/heating work that is required.
