Asked Rob to come out to help with an outdoor tap which had been fitted to a very poor standard by a previous plumber. He responded to my message very quickly and came round within the hour as he was in the area. Rob and his colleague were very professional, easy to get on with and both had great knowledge. They were able to clean up the mess left from the previous plumber, fill in the hole and completely re pipe and fit the outdoor tap to a really high standard. All done within a timely manner too! Will definitely be using Rob again for all future plumbing jobs.

John carried out an ensuite refurb for us including removing an airing cupboard and fitting a new large shower tray, new shower and panelling. We are really pleased with the work completed, this is better than we had imagined it is to such a high standard. The team were fast and reliable. Very tidy! All rubbish was taken away and we are very happy with the overall job. Would definitely recommend.

Do not and I repeat do not hire this absolute joke of cowboy engineer! Believe the reviews! The allocated time came and went, and I’ve heard nothing from him,messaged him and he wanted to do Monday instead with no communication. I declined and asked for the afternoon instead. He shows up with another guy, barely introduced himself and he left the house and left the house for most of the job. He also forgot that he’d lied to me earlier in the day,I overheard him talking about how he was depressed because of having an argument with his girlfriend, and that was the actual reason why he didn’t want to come to work today! Once the job was finished he couldn’t seem to get the boiler back on. The cowboys spent 30-40 mins upstairs fiddling with the boiler, there was banging on and off. They then rush downstairs and said it’s back on and made such a swift exit, he didn’t even get paid. He obviously knew he had broken the boiler and didn’t want to take any responsibility. Less than 2 hours later, water was pouring through my kitchen ceiling, from several broken pipes from the boiler. I messaged him and asked expected, he went into full denial mode. Even stated he never touched the boiler or the pipes, flat out lied and told me to just turn off my water and he might come around tomorrow to check it. I’ve never heard from this cowboy again, he never sent his bank details for payment and never came back. Left me with no heating, no hot water, flooded kitchen and a broken boiler!
