I was looking for a plumber on short notice and I took a gamble with Sam and 100% don’t regret it. He came to install 8 new column radiators and he did it in an evening. The work carried out was fantastic no leaks, very clean and he also had to make some alterations on pipe work which was very tidy. I have already booked him for my bathroom insulation. Joe gave a quote and agreed to install a new boiler at my mums bungalow. He was due Thursday, but never came. I have been trying to contact him via phone and e-mail but he won't answer the phone. He could have let us know. We now have to find a new engineer! The winter is here and she has no heat or hot water. Very poor service.....
