Fraser has been a pleasure to deal with - he is polite, professional and extremely knowledgable. What started out as a seemingly straightforward job of moving a radiator turned out to be a far bigger and more complicated one (through no fault of his but were issues in the property that only came to light once the job had started). Instead of giving me slap dash quick fix solutions that would've been unsightly, or putting pressure on me to make a decision, he remained totally professional and understanding and talked me through all of my options. He spent a good couple of hours doing some investigation work - only to find more obstacles. He could've talked me into making a decision there and then just to get the job done but there were so many more things to consider than I'd expected and he saw that I was a bit overwhelmed so he suggested that he send me all my options and the costs involved so I could have a proper think about it. He didn't even charge me for the 2 hours he was here. I was confident enough to hire him after reading his good reviews, but now since meeting him and experiencing the way he works in person, I have no doubt that I made the right decision. In this industry you need to find tradesmen you can trust and Fraser is 100% one of those people.

We recently took Neil on to tackle the water system in our newly extended (and now fairly large) house as our existing system was very old and outdated and we were adding several new bathrooms. He took great trouble assessing what we had and making suggestions on how we could upgrade and this resulted in him installing a mega flow system in our attic and removing all of the old system. As his approach was very detailed and methodical we asked him if he could then tackle our central heating system for the extended property. This was very complicated as it involved incorporating two older systems which still worked well (and which we wanted to keep) with a whole new boiler to serve it and the new radiators in our extension. Again Neil and his team tackled this methodically and sensibly and we now have a new heating system which is working fantastically. Neil also files the relevant papers with the Council to meet building regulations requirements. Neil also then fitted a saniflow macerator toilet for us in a bathroom which was remote from existing services therefore solving another issue we had. We would have no hesitation in recommending Neil for plumbing/heating jobs including complicated and large projects as he is trustworthy and has a team of experienced people he can call on for help when required. We also intend inviting Neil back to do other jobs in the future and he will also carry out the servicing of our new system on a yearly basis which is reassuring.
