Fred was extremely polite, prompt and reliable. He replaced a broken hot water controller and bedroom heater with a very short notice for my tenants. Although I was abroad at the time trying to communicate over messages and whatsapp he made the whole process very smooth by updating me every step of the way. Having had a very bad experience with another electrician previously which made my job more complicated and was very rude I can highly recommend Fred in particular for his professionalism.

He put up all 3 of my radiators nice and quickly, asked me to check each one as he went to make sure I was happy. Tidied up after himself.
