While I can understand the need to resolve the issue fully was to find the manhole under my kitchen flooring meant the job was curtailed I was disappointed in lack of coordinator seeing any need to coordinate a visit after when I had found it myself an hour later. A function of small fleet potentially.

I hired him because he seemed very nice and honest. However, there was an issue with something that It wasn't done as I asked him and instead of trying to solve it he came to pick up the tools and leave me hanging with the job. I payed him for a job that he didn't finish and had to finish myself as I could. No attention to detail and wanted to finish things fast so he could move on to another job, which means the job was poorly done. His English is not very well so the communication was poor.

Can't say enough good about Jay. Came round to quote next day from posting job. Gave me a quotation that was £40 cheaper than previously advised by another plumber. Unfortunately the problem got a lot worse over the weekend while Jay was sourcing part and became urgent, Jay moved stuff around for us Monday and got issue fixed that day, meaning we not only had a working shower but saved us a lot of money on flood damage! Communication was excellent, always responded to texts quickly and on both occasions turned up exactly when he said he would and gave us 30 minutes notice. I won't hesitate to highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a plumber in future.

Jamie was fantastic from the moment he contacted us, to finishing the job. He turned up to all appointments on time, gave an extremely competitive quote and clearly explained the challenges and issues we had to consider with any potential additional costs. He also gave us a number of boiler options highlighting the one he thought was the most suitable (and he also explained why). The removal of the old boiler and installation of the new was carried out over two days. After each day the work area was left clean and tidy. The work was finished within the scheduled time and although Jamie offered to come back and rectify any issues, we had no need for that as everything works perfectly! Jamie was very professional and easy to deal with and we highly recommend him!
