Ryan installed a new toilet and changed three radiators for us. He did the job on the day agreed, completed it very efficiently and neatly the same day. He was friendly and a pleasure to work with. There was a problem with an airlock in the heating system and he was back to take a look within a couple of hours. Can highly recommend Darren who has gone over and above expectations today with what turned into a tricky job. Darren responded and attended the property same day, very professional , knowledgeable and hard working (with an utterly charming wife who I met by accident) and has done an excellent job completing all works same day. Very pleased with Vijay and his colleague's work. Vijay came and did a thorough assessment of the house before giving a reasonable quote. He recommended putting in a Magnaclean as well as doing a powerflush and replacing our pump, and his explanations were great without being at all pushy. He was very easy to communicate with before the job started and on the day, he and his colleague arrived on time, were clean and tidy and worked non-stop. I was really impressed that they didn't clock off at 5 pm but after checking it was OK to stay late, they continued working until 8pm! He went through everything they had done and discovered along the way, and I now feel I understand a bit about heating and plumbing!
