Good experience from the initial telephone conversation about my boiler problem. Recognised the issue straight away and suggested a way forward which resulted in a solution. An appointment was made long distance but Nick turned up as arranged and completed the work in a quick and polite manner. Dave was very professional from the outset. He arrived promptly to look at the job and provided good advice and a detailed quote. Dave agreed a date for the work to start and a schedule of work that he kept to. Dave provided good quality equipment that fitted well with our needs. Dave worked around us as a family and was extremely professional throughout the work. When challenges arose Dave explained the issues to us and gave us simple options. We are pleased with the work and the high standard of finish that Dave achieved. Ian Williams updated my bathroom by removing the bath and replacing it with a walk in shower. The old fashioned tiles were replaced by wallboards and the shower pipes were sunk into the wall. The whole area looks clean and modern. The work was done quickly and cleanly. Ian and his colleague are delightful and the results are superb.
