Baghail and his team worked efficiently to complete the work to a high standard. They worked well together, were enthusiastic, were receptive to feedback and took efforts to rectify anything (however minor) we spotted. Though the scope of work only involved flooring and skirting, once they were finished they helped with putting back appliances, rails, sliding wardrobe doors and other furniture which had been previously moved to enable the flooring to be laid. I highly recommend Baghail and his team.

We had our radiators replaced for vertical designer radiators. Sandeep did a great job and we will definitely be using his services again. He is reliable, friendly, professional and honest. He was the only plumber that informed us that our warranty would no longer be covered if we replaced our radiators and that the walls would need to be filled in order to prevent them from falling (we live in a new build). He was clean, tidy and efficient whilst undertaking the job and I would thoroughly recommend his services.

I charge £120 for the first hour and £60 there after plus parts. I don’t like to over price jobs or under price jobs . I just want everyone to be happy. I’m honest trustworthy. HONESTLY IS THE BEST POLICY . I do boiler brake downs , boiler installation and full heating systems installation and services I am reliable hard working and don’t stop until the job is done to the best of my ability I go above and beyond to make the costumer happy. And if you want a service done on your boiler properly. I advise you get a gas certificate. It’s an extra cost but you know it’s done properly. Because it will be logged and you will have a copy of everything what is required on a service. And the engineer has to keep his copy for 3years by law. Parts supplied may include a handling and warranty margin

One of the most un-reliable plumber I have ever come across. I sent this man images of the job and explained to him what was required. I also explained the importance of this job. He confirmed he understood everything and the appointment was booked (a few days in advance). Well, he had other intentions: He left me a message around 1.5 hours before the appointment saying that he was ill. I stated that he can come in the afternoon or the next day. He kept on making excuses. I asked him to provide evidence of him being sick - he failed to do this also. Although people go get ill, I did expect him to provide evidence and attend at an alternative time.
