Phil was brilliant, I explained that the stud wall was coming out and he made the job really easy by cutting the pipes and capping them off just before the ceiling so I didn’t have too much excess pipe to hide inside the ceiling. Our shower wasn’t working and we were struggling to find a plumber with any availability. Ben responded immediately and suggested that he come and have a look before we order the parts that we assumed had stopped working. Ben came to have a look and realised that the issue was quite simply fixed, saving us a lot of money in the process. Ben’s communication throughout was excellent and he was prompt, polite and friendly. More importantly he fixed the problem within 10 minutes of arriving at our home. Liam was great, he knew exactly what I wanted and was able to accommodate. He fitted and supplied a smart meter for me and talked us through how it worked etc. I cannot recommend enough.
