Said he would do the job. Quoted me never answered phone or texts when we were checking if he's still coming and a time. We could of got someone else in the time I had messing about texting calling leaving messages. Totally unreliable. Probably a blessing he didn't turn up I Probably would of regreted it... Never came round to do quote only over phone by pics. With past experience trader's always add on more. Always best to get them round and then you know the price is final too.

Why on earth bother to be shortlisted for a job ? So ben seems to have a problem with communication he can’t manage to type “sorry I won’t be able to attend” his communication was absolutely terrible twice he was messaged to ask if he could confirm the booking and twice he failed. We received an email asking for address the morning before and he could attend at 9am the next day, i had a feeling he wouldn’t show ………Well 9am has been and gone and no contact and no plumber. Be warned that this guy is a joker. If he happens to respond to this review he has magically managed to type. If he says he contacted us it is a lie. Use at your own risk
