Completely dishonest and fraudulent conduct. The tradesman knowingly requested payment for a job that was not completed and attempted to conceal this by falsely claiming the tenant had refused access — a blatant lie. This deliberate misrepresentation not only shows a lack of integrity but also raises serious concerns about trustworthiness and professional standards. would have given " - 5" if that was an option.

I made the booking through Rob, who was extremely pleasant and helpful. He communicated well during this stage. Rob and Daniel came out this morning to do a boiler service and radiator check. They were polite, hard working, professional and approachable. They completed the job and also repaired a radiator in the loft bedroom. They did a fantastic job at a very good price. All relevant paperwork was handed over and Rob explained clearly the work they had completed. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
