I recently had a persistent issue with my toilet constantly dripping and flushing. James, the tradesman who helped was outstanding. He was punctual, sourced all the necessary parts, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed perfectly. He didn't leave until he was completely satisfied with the job, and I'm happy to report there are no more drips! He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working as it should. Highly recommend!

Let us down, not recommending. Informed about not showing up only couple hours before agreed time when this date been arranged one week ago. Excuse was that there was many other boilers that didn’t work that he needed to sort out. Never mind that I had to book a holiday from work that was wasted and my wife can go to labour any time. Totally disappointed.

Don't really understand the negative feedback, our experience was completely the opposite. I always find it hard inviting new trades people into my home (no offence intended), a person you've never met before, unfamiliar with their trade so often feeling wrong footed. No such problems here. Dan responded to the job posting really quickly and arranged to call round at the end of the next working day. He was able to give a very fair idea of cost over the phone and then carried out the work safely, cleanly and efficiently; to our complete satisfaction. We'll be inviting him back in the summer to do some other jobs.

all in all awful organisation. Ended up pulling the plug and telling him not to bother He worked 5 hours in 3 days. I was without a shower weds Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Monday. Turned up with women on the job when I wasn’t in who wernt there to work. Turned up for one hour the first day (130-230) afree asking what we were doing again. 2nd day didn’t show at all. Said he had a flat tyre but only told me at 2pm. Friday worked 5 hours 930-230. No work done at weekend. Monday called me at 903. Said he was picking up the shower tray and he would be straight over- I gave it till 1pm before I told him not to bother. His response - Ive only just picked up the tray and put it in my van. Should have been a 2 day job. And after giving 650 deposit and being quoted 2.3k when I obtained all the tiles I’d have expected a little more priority and organisation.

We arranged a day for the radiator to be removed and as agreed I would text John to let him know I was at the property,so he could call round and do the job. Upon arrival at the property I text John and although he initially replied, he then failed to turn up and I didn't hear from him again.
