Then claimed he missed that the entrance is 2 parts and increased the price. I agreed. Gave an early start for the job, then came hours later. Started the job, claiming " co-worker" broke his multitool. Strugled with cutting the LVT around the skirting and door, which he removed. Fitted 3 planks of LVT, then "lunch". Came back giving excuses that he has to reurn next day. HE DID NOT RETURN OR ANSWER THE PHONE. ONE BOX OF LVT OPENED, SEVERAL BLANKS OF LVT CUT, NOW DAMAGED FOR ANOTHER FITTER.Latest review:Carpets & Lino-

He gave a very detailed quote of how it could be done with various suggestions and plans. These were discussed and the work was carried out immaculately, exactly as it said on the tin. And when it was finished he left without trace. He is polite and considerate. The work took a little longer than originally intented as the weather was inclement.
