James arrived early, was friendly and polite. James laid out laminate flooring in our downstairs room, he undertook the cutting work outside the house to reduce the mess/dust. This individual mislead me saying he would fill gaps between floorboards, even explaining exactly how it would be done. At what he called the end of the job gaps not filled and he claims he was never going to do it but still wants paying. Job has no value to me without gaps filled and I am now going to have to carpet the building. Never hire him but if you decide to make sure every detail is in a written contract, he cannot be trusted at all. Worst experience I have ever had.

Sid was a polite guy. Did a great job at laying the parquet floor. We then had thresholds fitted and he was rushed to get to another job, they were not fixed correctly. I asked several times via phone calls and texts if he could come back and finish the job. He said he would contact me and the call never came. I told him my little boy had cut his foot on the threshold that needed fixing. Nothing. Radio silence. December to date no contact. Steer clear he clearly cannot manage a job and finish it to the end.
