I'm taking legal action against hime for costs incurred in the delay and additional associated costs with my renovation as he has wasted nearly a month of my time. I have text messages from him confirming everything and my solicitor agrees and is proceeding .... If I could have given negative stars then I would have ... so Liam, please expect communication from my solicitor .... If you had only responded in a correct manner and engaged with me none of this would be necessary ... We arranged a date for him to start work, he arrived on time and proceeded to the task, stopping only for lunch.
