Darren didn't actually do the job in the end, but has asked me to leave feedback on communication. I asked Darren to do the job on 24 September, after some discussions with him on My Builder. I had someone else local complete the work on 25 October, so there was a month when I didn't hear from Darren, and I was expecting the job to be done sooner rather than later. Absolutely superb service from start to finish. Chris managed the work with complete professionalism and always kept me informed along the way. Chris worked extremely hard to get the extension completed on time and always left the site in immaculate condition during the build.
