I just wanna express honest with you I met up with Mr John on two occasions and I told him everything I want confirmed we confirmed the price he sent us a spreadsheet but later on confirmed a figure once that was done he said send pictures. I’ll get the items for you and will get everything done for you in a time which was originally 2weeks . Then 2 month and half later he ignore my calls very unprofessional and has outstanding task he left and still not even correct , I am not able to go in to all the details but I tell you for free how I’ve been treated for the last few weeks mentally draining and for example he said let’s get his electrician because he needs the person doing the work side-by-side and if I’m honest, they’ve done nonsense because the media where the plug is is not correctly positioned in fact, the TV does not go in properly as they positioned it in the wrong place they didn’t check where the TV was meant to go initially I have to sort this out myself. CPA Construction laid in total 32 square meters of solid floorboards in the sitting room and the kitchen-dining area in two days. Material was American White Oak 20 mm x 190 mm x 4200 mm. CPA Construction displayed meticulous attention to detail, superb workmanship and they talked us through every stage and aspect of the project. We were most impressed with the attitude, skill, timing and the ultimate result.

Really great guy who did a superb job. We supplied the flooring and his initial quote and guess of how long the job turned out to be a bit optimistic (not his fault - the flooring had been in storage a while and was hard to lay.) Nonetheless he was going to honor the original quote (itself very reasonable) though we insisted he take a bit more since he had to come back a second day and instead of a day the whole job took more than half a day more. He is polite, positive, and clearly something of a perfectionist...he relaid one of the boards on the second day because of an imperfection which we hadn't even noticed.Communication was always good and he turned up when he said he would - even when he had to return to complete the job. Based on my experience I would recommend him enthusiastically.
