Had my flooring laid last month took 2 days for 1 room to be completed. Upon completion the floor was very bouncy but I was told that I needed to wait for expansion which is reasonable so I did. The floor is now coming apart in places because it was not laid properly and I have had no contact from Rafel who promised to come back and rectify the situation but hasn't. I am very upset as I paid 1k for my laminate floor and a further £200 for installation and tools. Very upset with this job and won't ever use these guys again.
