Friendly workmen but disappointing that they left an area of the floor that was temporarily covered with a piece of slate, which could easily have been moved. I now have an untreated area at the back of the room. I hadn't moved into the house at this point so hadn't noticed this. Gurs (and team!) were incredibly helpful from the outset of the project through to completion. He was highly communicative, clear about the project scope and costs, and organised everything to run on time. Work was completed quickly and to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and to our needs. Very conscientious, keeping the site clean, clear and safe (for toddler and cat!). Would highly recommend.

James was excellent from start to finish. A true gem of a find in a minefield of average tradespeople. James communicated with me a few times prior to the job starting and throughout the job. He understood what the problem was and more importantly, he knew how to solve it. Once the job began, it soon became apparent it was turning into something bigger than anticipated, he checked with me first to see if it was financially acceptable to carry on. Which I thought was admirable. James left the area clean and tidy and more importantly, having solved my problem. I would not hesitate to recommend James to others and I shall certainly be using his services again.
