Bran and his colleague did a fantastic job for us in Shirley, he was very proactive in helping us identify the issue we had and sorted the bath leak straightaway. He also went above and beyond the normal sealant work to help us get the pipework redesigned and fit to future proof the bath to ensure prevent bottlenecks in the future. We're so happy with the outcome of our flooring. The whole job gets 10/10 from us - Service, Finish, Attention to detail... Craig went above and beyond to help get the right outcome. I was worried that by switching from carpet to flooring we were going to have to bead the skirting boards, but Craigs attention to detail to get the right finish meant he cut the skirting to get the right finish - I know a lot of others wouldn't have gone to this level of detail because it takes a lot of extra work. The room has a completely different feel now and we are going to be using Chase Construction to replace all the carpets for wooden flooring throughout the rest of the house.
