James was super friendly and professional, and did a great job at laying our herringbone flooring. He worked round a number of issues, and always made sure we were happy with what had been completed. We had a couple of snagging issues but James had already booked in a return date with us before the end of the Job, to allow the floor settle before final fixing. Finally completed and the finish is great, the price was really competitive, but what made our minds up was James genuine, friendly and personable nature. We've already booked him to return to build a cupboard under our stairs!
