Louis has improved the floor a bit but he did a bit of a slap dash job. He cut through old floorboards and when replacing them used screws instead of nails and has split many of the boards and the shiny screws look odd, such a shame as its an original old floor. The floor itself is slightly more level in some places but not in others so i'm going to have to get someone else in to come and fix it. The skirting board was put back really badly, stuck on with lots of silicone so doesn't sit flush on wall and old nails were sticking out of it too. Nails were also left on the floor after he left and a lot of dirt so spent a long time cleaning up. He's a friendly guy and is clearly very capable but I just think he needs more attention to detail.

Tom did an excellent job servicing my UPVC doors, they have always been stiff with gaps since we bought our home, but Tom inspected the doors and was confident he could core the issues with a good service and he did exactly that. Very happy with the work and would recommend Tom to anyone!

Marcin really did an amazing job installing a subfloor, laying parquet flooring and then fitting skirting in my dining room. The finish is exceptional, and he worked extremely hard to a tight deadline we had. He is also very clean, leaving the site extremely tidy. Poor attention to detail. Had to explain the job four (4!) times even though he had two other examples in the room next door. He motivated it on the grounds that his Grandmother was ill and could not focus. Tried to cut corners from originally agreed estimate by pinching a few Pounds here and there. Example: cheap hinges instead of good quality, one hinge instead of two. Left an absolute mess (indoors and outdoors) after work every day. I even had to gather his tools from all over the house and deposit them in the porch for him to collect. Job lasted longer due to short days and absences (Grandma health, Mother's birthday etc. related). In the end the job was finished by somebody else. Nice, good sense of humour, likeable lad but needs improvement of work ethic.

Callum and Westley did an absolutely fantastic job on our two bathrooms. Leading up to the job their communication was excellent, Callum was very fast and helpful in responding to a range of questions via text. I also thought their pricing was reasonable. Once they started the work they were punctual and professional. They worked really well around our busy house, and were friendly with our 4 year old who wanted regular updates on their progress! They put a new bathroom in our loft and completely renovated our downstairs bathroom. They were also happy to do A couple of additional Jobs that came up along the way. The finish is lovely. We really highly recommend E& H kitchens & Bathrooms.
