This individual mislead me saying he would fill gaps between floorboards, even explaining exactly how it would be done. At what he called the end of the job gaps not filled and he claims he was never going to do it but still wants paying. Job has no value to me without gaps filled and I am now going to have to carpet the building. Never hire him but if you decide to make sure every detail is in a written contract, he cannot be trusted at all. Worst experience I have ever had.
