Ian was absolutely excellent, first class. I'm always a little bit apprehensive about using somebody I've never worked with for the first time, and this was a tricky problem which was difficult to diagnose. From the moment Ian arrived on site, I felt comfortable that he really knew what he was talking about and really cared about getting the resolution that I needed. It's fair to say that watching Ian work is a little bit like watching a magician work. Quite how he worked out where the leak was in our field is a little bit beyond me, but he absolutely nailed it, was able to solve a problem that nobody else was able to solve, and then went above and beyond, spending many hours on the phone with the local water authority to get my problem issued, get people out to site and diagnose and admit fault. Ian did all of this without any prompting from me and kept me informed and up to date at all times. He's a super nice guy too. I couldn't recommend Ian more.

What a great job every little detail superb and to the highest quality. Ash is friendly polite, neat and tidy and planned the project superbly. He is a perfectionist and we cannot state highly enough on how pleased we are with the quality of the work. He is everything a great tradesman/craftsman should be. An absolute pleasure to have employed him to undertake the paneling and boxing work. Left fully prepared for decoration. There was a bit of plumbing that needed sorting out to fit the panelling and he planned this in and his brother in law came bang on time and also undertook a great clean job. Lovely fellas!
