Two sets of sliding doors installed in bedrooms. Unfortunately one pulling mechanism installed upside down what resulted in not being able to easily close the doors. Additionally time required for job completion not accurately estimated- longer than advised. Plus additional expenses added to the costs of the job that were not required. I do not recommend this trader.

He came to do an initial review of the space and our requirements where we had the chance to ask lots of questions and he patiently listened and answered. Gave us quote quickly. Lee was terrific and personalable. He did couple odd jobs but always installed bespoke doors and a new loft hatch with ladder in our new home. He went through the process step and step and always sought feedback from us and adjusted if there were any concerns. Would have no hesitation in hiring again

Worst trader I’ve had the displeasure of working with. Got him in to board my loft and fit a pull down ladder, he ended up squashing my loft insulation without telling me (everyone knows not to squash it), fitted my ladder backwards without telling me, created a mess on my carpet that he made zero effort to clean up afterwards, popped my spotlights in my bathroom out of the ceiling, and then damaged my ceiling in 2 places (one approx 8 inches, and one approx 2 inches) and did an absolute botch job trying to patch them up (I’d given him the choice to knock some money off or patch it up himself - he chose the latter). I then requested he knock money off for the botched ceiling, and he offered £40!!! The cheapest repair job I could find was in the region of £80-100. We eventually agreed a far more suitable amount, however I now have squashed & ruined insulation and a huge patch in my upstairs ceiling, plus another smaller patch on my bedroom ceiling. Overall, very regrettable.
