It started well until he started ignoring our calls after saying he will check his diary. A job that was supposedly a few hours with 3 members of staff turned into 2+ days and waiting. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and disrespect. If a job cannot be completed it’s better you tell the customers rather than making them feel like they are being scammed. Open energy drink cans left k. The room and other rubbish. we were told that rubbish would also be removed and there are old skirtings sitting on our front lawn, dust everywhere in the bedrooms as well as the walls and window ceil and we have now bagged up the rubbish ourself. Skirting chunks are missing and have been poorly cut. Similarly, still no response to any of our phone calls or messages. VERY disappointed as he seemed like a genuine person…clearly not.
