I've over 30 years experience in all types of DIY jobs around the home from simply putting up a curtain rail or fixing a leaky tap to large Summer house installs from ground up to the finished item. I like to look at jobs wherever possible (a bit "old school" I know) but that way you get the fairest price & timescale possible, things like "flat pack" are easier as I can look on-line and get an idea of timescales. I'm happy to offer suggestions or advice regarding possibilities that may better fulfil your vision for your project whether inside or outside your home. I won't mess you about as this is your home you are invested in it & it's important to you to be proud of it. That said things can go wrong, accidents do happen so I have £5,000,000 liability insurance so you can be assured if something untoward should happen you're covered. Some of the things I've done recently are; Fences, Gates, Decking installs/ cleaning re staining, Sheds, Summer houses, Grass cuts, Turfing, Hedges, Tree lopping, Patio repairs/cleaning and sealing. Hi , I’ve been working in the Glazing / building industry continuously since leaving school in 1980 and initially being an apprentice carpenter ( basic and advanced city and guilds ) . Followed up with 4 years on site carpentry work before moving into the upvc window world in the mid-late 80’s . Moving naturally into fitting conservatories in the early 90’s when they were booming for around a solid 8 years before moving into installation management for 4 years . Having picked up al the relevant skills over the years I then went out building conservatories and small extensions working for myself which had continued to this day .
