I do not and have never suffered from failure on a project especially when it comes to cost, I am not adversed to introducing contributions to a project at my own cost if I feel that I missed at time of tender, or if it improves the project to make it better.

Many jobs we have been appointed over the years have come from prospective clients noticing how tidy the outside looks ! Tidy, neatly stacked skips, materials maintained neatly and covered over.
