I could not recommend Dale Smith. Whilst he did a reasonable job removing the fitted bedroom furniture, he did not fulfil the brief. He did not make good the walls and ceiling to an acceptable standard. It was less than a days work and I was paying him nearly £800. He fitted all the furniture into his van, ready to take to the tip. When I asked him to return to complete the job, he replied that if I didn’t pay him he would return and leave all the fitted furniture on my door step. I paid him £700 but then had to employ another tradesperson to fill the holes left in the walls and ceiling, so that I could have the room painted.

I hired Refomalawn in September to landscape my garden which included clearing the overgrown garden, removing a tree, laying 15 sqm of Patio including a drain cover, laying a 10m path to the back of the garden and putting down some turf. Jorden's communication and quotation was professional and he was alaways willing to accomodated any late changes to the scope. When his team arrived to the do the work they were on time every day, really friendly and willing to give advice when decisons had to be made and cleaned up after themselves everynight. The work was complete in a just over a week and Jorden also came round on a Saturday to to complete snagging and final touches. I was very happy with the work done by Reformalawn and would recommend them.

They were totally brilliant from start to finish, including turning up before 7am on days when it was going to hit above 30° so they knew they would struggle working in the afternoon heat with no shade. Everything was explained & options discussed fully before each step was taken, and I was so comfortable with everything that was carried out being of the highest quality.
