The plan was for him to assist for just a few weeks, but from day one it became clear that he was exceptional at what he does. He was reliable, hardworking, highly skilled, and always polite and professional. As the project progressed, I ended up keeping him on for the entire duration of the build—around seven months. During that time he worked alongside various contractors, carpenters, roofers, and other trades, consistently proving himself to be one of the most dependable people on site. He became involved in virtually all aspects of the carpentry work throughout the project and always completed tasks to a very high standard. Peter and his men cleared away 2 old sheds and constructed a concrete base for a new shed (supplied and erected by Skinners, Graveley) There was also associated groundwork and landscaping. He was very reasonably priced and completed the work to a good standard. We are happy with how it all looks.

Paul from PA property services turned up on Friday to start the work for me , he came with all the materials needed to do a few jobs at my house, a fence post , 2 new doors hung and pull my shed down , I did mention my windows needed new handles and he obliged by getting some for me which was very kind of him , and he tightened the other window handles too . I am so grateful that I have found a professional in the trade , he is absolutely brilliant at his job and he is coming back to help some more , I have already given his number to family and friends . 100% recommend him

Steve replaced our existing decking which had rotted in a few places. He gave us a reasonable quote and sourced all the materials. Once Steve lifted the old decking he said a great deal of the frame was still in good condition and it would only be necessary to replace the areas which had rotted. This reduced some of costs and the job length which resulted in Steve lowering the original quote. We are very happy with the results and Steve’s friendly service. Thank you again.
