Hi my name is Luke I am fairly new to mybuilder still but I am definately not new to my trade! Multi tradesman with many skills in the building trade but i mainly focus on wooden and laminate flooring, decorating, bathroom fitting and handyman jobs as this is what i enjoy to do. Patio and driveway cleaning, decking refurbishment. 12+ years of experience in painting and decorating and has mainly been high end private jobs by word of mouth and not slap up site or contract work. 6-7 years experience fitting bathrooms, I have worked closely and still do with a qualified plumber and bathroom specialist with 14+ years experience I have a bit of OCD so I am very particular and a perfectionist with my work. I will try to give you the best price possible but I will not be the cheapest on here as I do things properly and doing things properly does take longer! With this type of work, I have found over the years of working with many other tradesmen, you get what you pay for! That being said, I am very reasonable considering my level of work!

Luke was really easy to arrange work with and helped take out a cupboard and make good a few extra walls on top of the job adrvertised. He took a lot of time to make a lot of old walls look great again and to make sure the job was completed to his standard. He also returned quickly to do some final touchups.

I wouldn't recommend Marjan. Although he was a friendly guy there were several things I didn't like. 1) He was not punctual - I later found out that he took on another job. 2) He did not workaround my requirements e.g. he would start the self levelling when the kids would come from school. This meant one afternoon my kids had to spend 3 hours in the garden whilst the self levelling dried. 3) He was not adaptable - he seemed reluctant to do extra work I.e. doing the voltage check on the electric mat so you know it's ok before you lay it down with self levelling. It would have taken 2 minutes. 4) It felt as though he rushed the job and in places the finish is not great, simply because he did not wait for the self levelling or glue to dry. 5) The glue has dried over the LVT and he never cleaned this up. Positives: 1) He trimmed the doors and other wooden panels. 2) Initially he did come back to rectify the poor finish. But I'm noticing more areas now, which he has not fixed

Shem did a really solid job for me. He arrived on time, got straight to work, and clearly knew what he was doing. He worked quickly but without cutting corners, and his attention to detail was better than I expected. The cabinet he built looks genuinely great, definitely stronger and nicer than many ready-made pieces I looked at online. He also gave a few practical suggestions. Communication was easy, and he checked in with me a couple of times to make sure everything was how I wanted it. He kept the workspace tidy and was respectful of the house, which I appreciated. He just got on with the job and delivered good quality work. Overall, I’m very happy with the outcome and would use him again for future projects. I’d recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable handyman.

I have very well hung exterior door. Mark's attention to detail was what made the difference and all in less than a day. Fantastic from start to finish. Gary put in 4 full days to get my job completed, was clean and tidy and cheerful throughout. The job has been finished to a really high standard and has even been commented on by other tradesmen saying what a good job he did, particularly on my stairs. What an excellent and knowledgeable builder is Shahram. But more than that: a fantastically honest and decent human being. He came in to help me with a bulging floor boards issue. He could have simply done what I was thinking was needed and charged me the price I was expecting to pay for this. Instead he offered advice and helped me in a way that fundamentally undercut the amount of money he would make from the job. A fine man. Would definitely and wholeheartedly recommend him.

Our bathroom is now complete, the family is super excited with how it looks, modern and sparkling, nite and day from how it looked.
