John was reliable, efficient and very reasonably priced. He also made sure he left the room where the new window was fitted clean and tidy. We had just moved into our new home when we discovered the leak in our sons room, it was coming through the window and shorting out the electrics, he helped us when we needed it most. All while my very curious 4 year old was constantly asking him questions, which he had the patience to answer and explain to him what he was doing. Our porch door was also rotten and letting in rain water, once again John did a fantastic job and replaced the door. He phoned up to make sure we were happy with our window and door and said if we had any problems to contact him. We are very pleased with his services and we are in fact saving up, so we can replace our other windows. I would highly recommend John.

Came over on short notice which was great. Unfortunately I think he was very rushed and didn't complete the job to a high standard. The floor board he replaced flexed and creaked and upon inspecting it wasn't supported well enough. Nice guy, I reckon I caught him on an off day and sure he could've done better with more time
