Great communication , very professional and really nice hardworking blokes. My new decking looks amazing and has totally transformed the space. Reasonable quote, and communicated options throughout job itself when found a couple of badly rotting timber supports, no hard sell or push for unnecessary work. He discussed what was required and followed up later in the day with a texted quote and provisional date to do the work. Once I accepted the quote we arranged a date and time. Highly recommended. The job spec had to change from original request because of building/ fire regs. Dom was very patient, came up with solutions and has done first stage of task by removing old decking etc. He is prompt, polite and very efficient. Also reasonable price. Nice guy, didn't complain even though the furniture was cheap rubbish and the temperature was very warm. All went very well and was completed satisfactorily. Had a stroke and am paralysed on one side, no strength in the other. He was building bookcases and passing boxes of books for me to unpack, not much room to move in my little living room so he ended up in the corridor. All sorted happily, am pleased :)
