Colin and sons did a lovely job of our extension and Bill was fantastic with the electrical side of things and couldn't be more helpful with little jobs we asked him to do and some that were suggested however, our kitchen installation was not finished to a good standard, the tiling on the kitchen floor is uneven and has created a trip hazard for us in places. The kitchen itself cost far more than estimated and we didn't really get what we wanted as it seemed to be a pay as you go situation which we didn't really understand properly at the beginning (i.e. potentially having to wait weeks for some stock) and as there was no stock on the shelf of the kitchen we wanted, Colin told us what we could and could not have. If we had realised that this was the way Colin works, we would have ordered the kitchen much earlier so that the stock was there when needed. On hindsight, I wish we had used a kitchen specialist to provide and fit the kitchen as we had received a quote for everything we wanted before we hired Colin which cost less but for ease and because he said he could do it we also gave this job to him. Colin had a new job to go to towards the end of the build and we feel that this took priority over our kitchen installation which was a shame as he rushed to finish it and as a result, some jobs did not get finished to a good standard or finished at all in some cases. The extension, brilliant but the kitchen and installation very disappointing.

Job significantly escalated as more and more issues were discovered to be inherently wrong with the house, added to which the architect was unfortunately taken seriously ill at the start of the project. Nathan managed everything, coordinated trades, resolved issues as they arose and delivered a virtually new house with all floors, roof and walls replaced, eaves replaced, full drainage replaced, Excellent work, extremely friendly, highly recommended

Jason was very easy to communicate with before the job and turned up exactly when he said he would. The work was completed to a high standard, and on time, which was amazing given it can't be an easy job building a flat roof on the hottest days of the year. There were a couple of problems with the work, but they were resolved quickly and without complaint. I'd recommend Jason to others and would use him again on future projects.
