LGC Decorators completed the re-decoration throughout my 5 bedroom property. The guys were on time and very reliable. I didn't have any issue with their time-keeping. They did their best to keep the place clean and tidy ensuring to clear up after themselves. The quality of their work is to a high specification, I would absolutely use them again for any future painting work. They guys from LGC also spent time to explaining things to me such as the materials they were going to use and the process they would follow. I didn't come across any problems or snags, I didn't have to call them back for a single thing. I would definitely recommend LGC Decorators to other people.

Too bad! He look the contract for garden and driveway and got a lot of work from our references in our neighbourhood. But his work has started wearing of after 3 months now. He had done the roof installation for our shed but when it rained water flooded in and inspide of repeated calls and false promises he never turned back and ran away. His carpenter was rubbish and according to Larry he had been doing his job for 30 years but his work is rubbish he spoiled our windows big time. A fortune wasted when the work goes in wrong hands. I wish I could have uploaded the pictures, I have all the evidence for that. His dads temperament is so stressful and the way he comes and shouting at you when he himself has done wrong, it's a nightmare. Ours was a big job and costed about 21k just to get the outside sorted. I would still say that Larry is a hard working guy and polite too but he should noy take up the work which he doesn't specialises. It was a lot of money and he left all in a mess and ran away. We had so much stress getting the work sorted by another builder and paid for the same work twice.

The Builders arrived on time and finished all the work in two days the work was completed to a perfect standard he even cleaned up some of the mess that previous Builders had left behind, their work. I would say that the job did require a little ‘thinking outside the box’ and maybe some proactivity would have been welcome to find the right solutions for things that would pop up. Lee completed our decking, fencing, patio and pathway project to an extremely high standard. Communication was excellent throughout, with often daily updates keeping us advised of how things were progressing. We were particularly impressed with how Lee overcame a number of unforeseen challenges - his advice was practical, and his approach professional. Throughout the job disruption to neighbouring properties was kept to an absolute minimum. The work was fairly priced, with staged labour payments falling due only when major parts of the job were completed. We wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Lee - his availability is well worth waiting for.
