Marc responded very quickly to my search for someone to replace an area of decking and a fence and came out the next day to assess the jobs. By the following day I had a quote for the work, which I accepted. There were some slight delays, caused mainly by the weather and the difficulty in sourcing materials, but even so the job was completed to our satisfaction within a month. When I raised the possibility of making a small change to the deck (after it was completed), Marc immediately offered to come back and do it. (In the end, we decided not to make the change.)
