Jake and Harry did an amazing job with our front wall and fence in the rear garden. We got three quotes for the job and they were the cheapest but also came across professionally. It wasn't a straight forward job, it was was using reclaimed materials that were varying size and shapes. I was also quite particular on the look, I wanted the brickwork to match our house, they took care to match the pointing and bricks but offered advice on how we could save money whist still getting the look we wanted. They arrived everyday on time, they were reliable, honest and extremely hardworking. They also kept us in the loop throughout the work making sure we were going to be happy with the end result. I have already recommended them to friends and will use them again for our next project. Thumbs up from us!

Simon and team did a great job. I chose him on the back of his other reviews, the good vibe I got when I met him and how helpful he was with all my questions after his quote. He helped me on a few decisions and even added a little extra material to make the job a better one at no extra expense. I'm most pleased with the bespoke shed he made. I found the guys super friendly and very clean and tidy. Massively recommend. I will be using the guys again. Thanks Adam

Very disappointed with my experience with ZB Carpentry. He came to my house to fit 4 doors. He said he was going to get some tools and then left without saying anything. I tried calling him multiple times afterwards but received no answer. As i couldn’t fit all 4 doors at once, I offered to have just 1 door fitted for the time being. He then messaged me saying he would only do the job if I paid for all 4 doors to be fitted. I found the whole experience very unprofessional and frustrating. Communication was poor, and I felt I was being pressured to pay for work I wasn’t able to have completed at that time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ZB Carpentry.

Spending most of my time abroad meant I could not be there during the building of my front garden wall for one of my properties. But Adam kept me in the picture by sending me pictures. No upfront payment so he wasn't paid until the end of the job when my trusted tenant had confirmed he had completed the job to a good standard. Which on viewing my self last week I agree. So full marks. Just wish he travel as far as Staffordshire as I got another wall that needs building "never mind" Kind Regards Paul

George responded quickly to the posted job, provided his quote the day he did his survey which was good value for money and he was able to start within three weeks of quoting. The finished job was to a very high standard and the new composite decking has received good comments from others. George was particularly good at estimating and there was little waste material. He left the site clean and tidy and took all the rubbish away.
