I found Tom via Mybuilder.com and from start to finish I found him to be very accommodating and now the project has completed pleased to say the work was carried out in a quick and professional manner. The project included creating two brick planters and small raised patio, which were completed in a matter of days. He is professional, friendly, and hard working. He is also approachable and helped us to plan other jobs in out house too. He was reliable and we are very pleased with the end result. They came to completely refurbish a dated property. The works included full redecoration with some plastering, new flooring, new radiators, some electrical and plumbing work, repositioning of doors, and installing a new kitchen. The whole team are professional, polite, quiet, helpful and reliable, and they were able to stick to the agreed timeline. They managed the whole project to a tight timetable with no delays, all along with good communication and easy resolution of any issues that arose. We thoroughly recommend KS Construction and will be asking for them to return for further work in the garden in the Spring.

However half way through the job decided to ask for more money with no reason for increased price. Overall cost us extra to hire someone else for remaining jobs & delayed our project.
