Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Matthew was hired and He wrote up the contract which included plastering. He didn’t mention material cost for plastering will be provided by me. So one would assume material is included. Matthew then hired plasteres, they came over and did a good job. I did made all the payments on time however I refused to pay mathew for the material as this was not mentioned in his own written contract and he only mentioned it after the job finished. Because of this he made a threat to me that plasterers are asking for money and they will come to my house and cause damage to the property.He caused me, my disable parents and my kids huge amount of stress. I called up the plasterer myself and they denied everything about this threat. It was all Matthew that was coming up with these threats. In the end to get rid of him I had to file a police complaint. Am sure Matthew will write up his story to explain but I have his contract and his threat on text messages. (abbas_117@hotmail.co.uk)
