He is reliable, kept me informed throughout the job and completely trustworthy. I was able to leave him with the key to my house whilst I was away. Great job!

Chris Hill did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. There were various problems with the job that were circumstantial, however he dealt with these professionally and swiftly. He is clearly an experienced tradesman who was very willing to listen and went above and beyond his brief. I feel lucky to have found him. He appeared with note book, tape measure and recorded what was required. The only person of the three people who looked at the job. Others seem to glance at the work and think of a number! He was even willing to install glass at the front of the decking which he had not done before. To his credit it looks magnificent.

He fitted one door, then offered to do some more work, which he started, then left halfway through. Little communication and promises to return to finish off, then didn't turn up. Nothing done for SIX WEEKS. Completely useless. The photos show the state it was left six weeks ago.

Janos was outstanding from start to finish. The price was fair, he arrived bang on time and completed the driveway works quickly, tidily and to a high standard. He even offered to move a tonne of leftover gravel to a another spot in the garden where it wouldn't be in the way; I gave him extra of course, but I just thought this showed a great attitude to his work and his customers. I've hired plenty of trades over the years and can say that you're in very safe hands with Janos.

He worked with skill and expertise, to do an excellent job in less time than at first thought. Cutting Edge are fantastic. Marks attention to detail was excellent and the finish superb. It seems that half of our village will be asking them to do jobs too. The prices were very good and competitive and the timescale of the build was well thought through and was achieved. They even added cement to our brick drive to stop the bricks moving. I recommend Mark and his team and will be asking them to do more work for us in the near future.

I cannot recommend Nick and his team highly enough. They have been absolutely amazing throughout our extension. They’ve just completed a double side extension, with a rear single extension and totally reconfigured our upstairs by moving the staircase. They were respectful of our house and neighbours throughout the build and the site was always clean and tidy. You can clearly see that Nick thrives off a good reputation. He kept us informed throughout the build and was quick to problem solve any issues that arose without any fuss. They worked tirelessly to complete on time, working long hours towards the end. I have heard so many horror stories from people about builders still working on their extensions months after the agreed completion date or just not showing up for days at a time. Nick and the guys are the complete opposite they were there 8am every morning. The build has honestly been surprisingly stress free. I am amazed at how quickly they completed our project and to such a high standard. I would recommend Nick and the team to anyone who is looking at building an extension. Nick is competitive on price and there were no hidden extras in the quote. Thank you Guys for our lovely new home!

The finished patio is excellent, from what we had before to what we have now is night & day. Phill was accommodating to changes and was able to deal with them when they became apparent. The nature of the job meant progress seemed slow at times but Phill worked to a plan. Mess was cleaned up after the job was finished so we could enjoy the patio as soon as the job was finished or till the sun shined! Our minds are at ease knowing Phill has offered a guarantee on all his work so any issues which may come up can be sorted in good time

Archie was very efficient in refurbishing the garage door, gave 3 options and our selected option worked very well, can't see the joins, well painted, door good as new now. We are v.
