Piotr was very responsive to my requests for information before finally making a decision to engage House Systems. He treated both me and my tenant at the property where the worked was being done with courtesy and politeness. He worked quickly and conscientiously and left the work site in a clean and tidy state each day. He adhered to the agreed timelines and gave me a photographic update on the agreed work. He also provided a schedule of work which he broke down by task which was very helpful. I know that this is the first review on this site but a neighbour saw the quality of Piotr’s work and liked his attitude and consequently has asked him to do some work at his property. I think that the fee charged was fair for the work and the research that he did regarding adherence to building regulations was the main reason for engaging House Systems. It gave me confidence and reassurance. I hope that others will have the same positive experience.

Mason was very prompt in visiting me and immediately repaired the kitchen drawer and was also able to tackle the leaking toilet which took him a while as it was fiddly but now fixed and fee was very reasonable and I will certainly use his abilities again and highly recommend him to anyone whether seeking a large or small job.

Travis has recently totally transformed our rear garden which we are very very pleased with. It is quite a large garden, over 100 sq mtrs and we had not touched it for 3 years so it was totally overgrown and sloped about 2 metres from top to bottom. Travis totally cleared it, levelled it laid a large new Porcelain tiled patio, new grass and built 4 new raised beds (over 40 sleepers) so we now have the flat, low maintenance garden we wanted. Travis is very reliable, hard working and conscientious and his workmanship is excellent. He deserves to do well in his new venture and we would certainly recommend him to future clients.

We found Mat a pleasure to do business with. He communicated well and listened to what we wanted, to ensure he produced the desired outcome within the agreed timescale. We are extremely happy with the bunk bed that he made for us, which is identical to one we already had. He worked flexibly, even managing to fix some posts and rope rails on a decked area during his visit. We would definitely use him again.
