I am a 44 year old married man with a family.when i get the opportunity i enjoy travelling and fishing. I do not normally advertise, but in the current climate i feel it wise. I have always got along with all my previous customers, with many people returning for future work. I always respect your home as if it where my own.I am happy working alone or as group,i have many sub-contractors to hand if needed. Gas safe plumber NICEIC electrician I find it very easy to organise any other trades. Also i can project manage any job of any size which takes the stress away from your selfs. I have good communication skills with all trades and all clients which have hired me in the past. I have always done my job properly and i am proud of the work i have done in the last 23 years. And proud that many clients have had me back to do moor work.I do not cut corners believing that if a job is worth doing then it should be done properly.At the same time keeping my prices fair.

We were really happy with Colin's work, he laid tile floor, laminate floor and fitted a kitchen and utility for us. The work was done to a very high standard with no corners cut and good common sense decisions made, giving us lots of feedback and options as to how we would like things done. Colin was very friendly and professional to work with and we would definitely recommend him, he clearly takes great care in what he does and has a passion for it.

Although I did have to wait for Ben to find a gap in his work load it wasn't that much of a problem as I had been waiting for nearly five months in any case due to being let down by people who clearly thought my job too small to warrant their attention. Firstly, they installed a pump system in the cellar to deal with ongoing water ingress. From the initial assessment through to completion, they were knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly experienced in resolving this type of problem. The installation was carried out to a high standard, and everything was explained clearly along the way, which gave me confidence in the solution. In addition, they also identified and resolved a roofing issue that was causing water to enter the property. This was dealt with promptly and professionally, preventing further damage and disruption for the tenants. Throughout both jobs, communication was excellent, they turned up when they said they would, and the work was completed efficiently with minimal hassle. Corey came out to price a garage conversion I advertised for in September 2023. My original garage was threw up by the last owner and required demolishing, there was leaks everywhere. With little persuasion we decided to go down the double block route with a pitched roof that incorporated two sky lights, he even dug out footings to allow for a double extension in the future if ever required (FOC). He project managed all the work so I didn’t have to, all tradesman that came on my property were professional and helped me achieve what I wanted. I cannot recommend Corey enough.

Craig did an excellent job on our bathroom. The house is an old 1930s house and the old bathroom was pretty horrible. Craig (and his team), fitted the new electrics (extractor fan, towel rail), plumbed in the lot and skimmed the walls where required. The tiling is perfect. In fact, the whole finish is great. I was particularly impressed when Craig pointed out the defects in the bathroom suite we had ordered. Unfortunately the delay in getting the items replaced meant that he had to stay on the job longer than first thought, but that wasn't a problem. I will certainly use CLR Construction again if required.
