A great experience from the moment we got a quote to the job being all complete! Professional and quick, extended by patio by 37 slabs in one day - with removing the grass and doing a concrete base. Garden and driveway was left tidy, even removed a pallet from the slabs delivery. Looks great - definitely would recommend to all my family and friends! Thanks again guys

Total restoration of a double fronted Georgian house listed Grade two star in Bury St Edmund's. The top two floors had not been occupied since 1953. All work was overseen by English heritage, refurbishment cost was approximately 200k. Chris was quite new in the construction trade but proved quick to learn the various tasks asked of him. He was reliable, honest and hard working and could work unsupervised, if he's been working in the construction/maintenance industry since then I consider himl able to undertake the position applied for.

They did not come at the designated time, and did not correctly contact me to rearrange plans. I missed an important meeting waiting for their service because nobody was answering the phone. I was also upsold and they suggested for me to pay for a service which was 3x more expensive than it was supposed to be. I asked to be compensated with time but to which they agreed to but when I went to check, they had already gone early. Overall not the greatest experience, and felt a bit swindled but the basic mowing of the lawn and cutting of weeds was done so there is that.
