They are not totally organised and did not disclose their way of working method such as establishment of access, how to dispose of the debris. The way of using parkers is not quite correct which I myself adjusted alone under the deck in the water as they are unwilling to do. They are not quite equipped with necessary tools. They did not honour their contract under which they are responsible for all the structural material but did not honour it. Also, they bought Millboards for me on the understanding I reimburse the money in return for the receipt. They did not give me the receipt but the delivery certificate with the intention to charge me an extra money in between the price they paid and the price mentioned in the website. I appreciate their difficult situation in working in the UK but anyone should be very careful of using them in every aspect. In short, they are not totally reliable, I am afraid. Elvis' communication was great- think he actually managed to start within 24hrs (time was a big factor for us to get the house on the market), he tidied away his tools each night and he clearly has plenty of experience at this type of job. He completed the job on time and on budget and we're really pleased with the end result. Lukas has just re-decked our back garden. He quoted us a very reasonable price for the work and also kindly sent through some pics of other similar jobs that he had previously done. We were very impressed with him and his co-worker (Peter) and they worked tirelessly over 2 days to produce a new lovely looking deck, with great craftsmanship and ensuring it was done exactly as we wished. Lukas was also on-time, polite and tidied up which was good. I would recommend him to everybody I know and if we ever need similar work doing in the future then we will definitely call him first.
